    Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt, and will be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner. If you do find that you have experienced any problems with our service or products then we will resolve the matter to your satisfaction or offer a full refund.

    SUBSTITUTION

    Hair Braids reserves the right to substitute hair of an equivalent quality from different manufacturers in cases where specific colours and or types are temporarily unavailable or out of stock. We only source the finest materials and will guarantee any product bought directly from Hair Braids as being fit for the purpose it was bought for.

    PAYMENT

    We accept Credit Cards billed in the following currencies: British Pounds GBP, United States Dollars USD, Polish New Zloty PNZ, Euro EUR, for other currencies please see the next paragraph.

    Orders are processed through the secure servers of ShopFitter Ltd., and the card payment is then processed by WorldPay PLC. Credit card details are ENCRYPTED for your protection with 128 bit SSL. Customers unable to pay by the above credit cards should contact Hair Braids direct as payment can be arranged through cheque/bank draft/international money order or electronic transfer of funds. By prior arrangement international customers can make payment through Western Union Money Transfer (phone or email Hair Braids for details). In all cases payment must be cleared before dispatch of goods. However if goods are temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email and no payment will be deducted against your credit card until your goods are in stock and dispatched.

    Prices are subject to change without notice. If any prices change after an order has been placed then the original price will be payable. All prices include VAT and Sales Taxes where applicable. International customers are solely liable for any Customs charges or importation tax which may be levied in your own jurisdiction. E. & O.E.

    Delivery of goods should normally be within 3 working days in UK and 7 working days worldwide. If goods are not delivered after 30 days have passed from the original order date then the customer can cancel the order without any further penalties or payments being liable. This is in accord with current United Kingdom legislation and the recommendations of the United Kingdom Office of Fair Trading. Customers are liable for returned postage charge if the bagage is returned unclaimed. All goods must be prepaid before dispatch.     CANCELLATION POLICY

    A cooling off period of 7 days is allowed from the day after you receive your goods, during which time the customer can cancel the order with no further penalties being liable. The customer is solely liable for any postage charges arising from returning cancelled goods. Refunds will only be made after the goods are returned to Hair Braids in the original condition and bagaging. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation of your order, including the return of the goods as stated above.

    RETURNS POLICY

    Any goods found to be defective in manufacture will be exchanged or the customer will be offered a full refund. The merchandise must be sent back in the original condition and bagaging with invoice within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

    EXCHANGES


    In all other cases where an exchange is offered then shipping charges are not refundable. For sanitary reasons, wigs, wiglets, ponytails, all equipment, synthetics, and accessories are not exchangable unless found to be defective in manufacture (see above). All sale items are final. Please include shipping charge for exchanges.

    DISPUTES

    Disputes arising from any transaction will be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Law of England and Wales and will be subject to English Law.
